The Jacksonport Craft Cottage is located on Wisconsin's beautiful Door Peninsula. Opened in 1984, the quaint Craft Cottage features the original work of over 100 artists. Owners Sue & Joe Jarosh invite you to visit their "handcrafted" gift headquarters in Door County. The shop occupies the original main floor of an 1860's era log home that has been restored. Living quarters, part of the shop and the entire exterior were renovated in the Spring of 2003 and will give customers a unique and memorable shopping experience. Stop in for our "quality" handcrafted original gifts at reasonable prices. We're open daily, 9am to 5pm from May-October and Friday, Saturday & Sunday November 1 through April 30 from 9 - 5 or by appointment if you call 920-823-2288. Highlights in the shop include Amish quilts, wall hangings, pillows and rugs; baby quilts; cloth dolls; children's wooden toys; Amish dolls; Door County shirts; reed diffusers; turned wooden bowls and vases; doll clothes of all sizes; hand-carved Santas and paper mache' figures; our exclusive functional ceramic pieces featuring picturesque Door County lighthouses; personalized Christmas ornaments; Door County water colors; Halloween & Christmas corners and our exclusive Door County Lighthouse Pin series, including pins featuring Cana Island, Eagle Bluff, Rock Island, Sherwood Point, Pilot Island, Baileys Harbor Range Lights, Plum Island, Old Baileys Harbor Lighthouse and Chambers Island.
